1. Services
Glitch Solutions provides IT support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services on a best-effort basis. Services may be delivered remotely or in person as agreed.

2. Fees
Fees for services will be agreed in advance. Ongoing support plans are billed monthly in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Fair Usage
Support services are provided on a fair usage basis intended for normal domestic use. Glitch Solutions reserves the right to review or limit services where usage is deemed excessive.

4. Data Protection
Glitch Solutions respects customer privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

During the provision of IT support or repair services, access to data stored on customer devices may be necessary. Any such access will be limited strictly to what is required to complete the requested service.

Glitch Solutions does not retain personal data from customer devices unless required for the completion of the service and agreed in advance.

5. Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of all data prior to any work being carried out.

Glitch Solutions accepts no responsibility for any data loss under any circumstances.

6. Third-Party Software and Services
Glitch Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, services, or licensing.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitch Solutions shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and no guarantee is given as to specific outcomes.
